All you need for this class:

A desire to develop your psychic abilities, About 3 hours of time each week, a new journal and the ability to follow the class rules and guidelines.

This class can be broken down into various components

5> Basic psychic readings
6> Connecting with guides and reading with their help
7> Meditation: More often more easy!
8> Getting into a trance and learning to channel
9> Dreamwork

There will be a lot of work with the class. About 10 minutes everyday is needed for the group readings and so on. There will be many other challenges to try out. BUT, you shoould also create time to practise what you have learned and to complete various "projects" and so on.
