Huna is a Hawaiian word meaning secret, in essence it is the secret of living a harmonious life. Huna concept gives us the opportunity to integrate mind, body and spirit. In the Huna system, your life is always progressive and you are learning every second. Before we start, I want to stress that this is not a religion and will not conflict with other systems of reiki that you have learned, instead it will open you up to a new level of understanding in the physical world, the spiritual world and your connection to the spirit. For those of you who have missed out ALL my posts of Huna, there are 7 basic Huna principles which I will talk about soon but before that let us talk about how this course will work 1. I cannot possibly help you awaken the Huna healing abilities that you already have without awakening your awareness of the Huna principles you already know. Therefore, we must explore Huna and its teachings before we move on to practical applications of those teachings. We could easily run a whole 1 yr long class on Huna system, infact Huna learning is life along, when you let the inner wisdom teach you, however, the brush up class will only discuss a few principles that are absolutely essential before we can move ahead. 2.
